At Mavs Boosters, we are an independent organization, passionately dedicated to fostering a connected and vibrant Mountainside area community. Our independence allows us to embrace innovation and inclusivity, welcoming all members of our community to participate and make a difference. While we operate autonomously, we maintain a positive relationship with the Beaverton School District (BSD), respecting their guidelines to ensure our operations align with trusted standards. This balance allows us to make decisions that best serve our community and our mission, while also ensuring responsible and transparent operations.

Our Operating Committees
Fundraising Committee: The mission of the Fundraising Committee is to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies that generate financial support for the organization, creating a sustainable foundation for the advancement of our mission and goals.
Membership Committee: The mission of the Membership Committee is to foster a vibrant and engaged membership community, dedicated to supporting the organization's mission and initiatives through targeted recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies.
Operations Committee: The mission of the Operations Committee is to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute outreach programs that build and maintain strong relationships with youth and high school programs, ensuring the organization's initiatives have a positive and lasting impact on our community.
Events Committee: The mission of the Events Committee is to plan, organize, and execute memorable events that align with the organization's mission, objectives, and budget, providing engaging experiences for attendees and fostering a sense of community among supporters.
Marketing Committee: The mission of the Marketing Committee is to promote the organization and its mission through creative and diverse marketing initiatives, effectively engaging supporters and raising awareness of our programs and achievements within the broader community.
Executive Committee: The mission of the Executive Committee is to provide strategic guidance, oversight, and decision-making support for the organization, working collaboratively to ensure the board and its committees operate effectively and in alignment with the organization's mission, goals, and best interests. This committee is chaired by the President and includes the Treasurer, Secretary, and Member at Large.
